Limited Warranty Commercial Water Softeners

Rayne Corporation warrants to the original purchaser that the water conditioner specified below by model and serial number, will be free from defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase for the following periods:

For a period of 5 years:
Fiberglass mineral tank (excluding media)
Salt storage tank
Control valve

For one year:
Entire water conditioner

Rayne's warranty hereunder applies only to equipment which is properly installed, operated and maintained in accordance with Rayne's instructions and operating manuals and under normal conditions and proper supervision. Rayne's warranty hereunder shall not apply to defects in equipment caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from abrasion, erosion, corrosion, or deterioration from abnormal pressures, temperatures or foreign matter. Labor charges incurred in connection with the repair and/or replacement of parts, tanks, or water conditioning units, other than repairs done at Rayne Corporation's factory, are expressly excluded from this warranty. All transportation and freight cost in connection with repair and/or replacements of parts, tanks or water conditioning systems are also expressly excluded from this warranty.
